I had a fantastic experience overall at the Horseshoe Casino hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, making me feel welcomed right from the start. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with a luxurious bathtub. While the dining options were solid, they could use a bit more variety, especially compared to other casinos I've visited. The location was convenient for a quick gambling getaway, though it lacks the charm of other areas. All in all, great value for money!
